Processing Time Orders are processed within 5 - 10 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time Most orders arrive within 10–30 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Why Does Shipping Take Longer? Our products are sourced internationally to keep prices affordable for our customers. This means shipping and handling may take longer than local fulfillment.

Multiple Items — Separate Packages If you order more than one item, please note that your products may arrive in separate packages and at different times. This is because our items may be sourced from different suppliers. There is no need to worry if you receive part of your order first — the rest is on its way!

Shipping Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Address Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us at educarecart@gmail.com within 7 days and we will do our best to assist you.
